omg trng finally today! hahaha paddled 12k and my arms are aching like crazy now hahah. shit i have to start everything from square one again:( and next week still got fitness test. wah sian la. think its beep test. i nvr thought i would have t ever do a beep test again in my whole life. ahah anw check out this video super hilarious and the second one is so cool!
