competition has drawn to an end, dint do that well this year,there were tears of sadness and joy.my first canoeing race ever, and i screwed it up totally. felt really bad cos i dint put what i learnt into practice. saw my coach cry, felt even worse.i realised ppl nvr take things seriously till they see the extent and seriousness of the problem, and that is what scares me. cos i dont wanna be like that. i dont want to live my life full of regrets thinking why dint i do that that time, why why why. I was taught to put in my best, and finish the race with no regrets even if i come in last. i dint come in last, but i felt bad, i was full of regrets cos i knew i dint put in my best. ugh screw it i dont wanna ever feel like this again.

on the brighter side, i felt really touched and blessed to receive such a msg from my friend of 6 years,coming to 8.

this is what she said:

Dont worry k,you're the best in my eyes,so is mj,and im super proud that u tried ur best,way to go jas,dont give up,before u reach the top of the mountain, you gotta climb,and im climbing it with u:)
