hello ppl! i feel so accomplished the last few days!! i ate very little junk food!!and and and !! i exercised everyday!!!ahahahahahah
this is what i did from fri-mon.

friday: i was sort of lazy to go run,so i tried bella's shape mag exercise,and it was super tiring man!! i perspired alot!!!then badminton-ed with bella jia claris after studying at MAN'S house.:)
saturday: i went swimming!! 54 laps!!!yay!! and that moron bella was crazy over badminton,she wanted to come agn to play,but she dint in the end cos gt no one come.hahahah
sunday: guess what? i ran from my house at sengkang,all the way to heartland mall!!!haha seems long but actually not really la...40 mins?haha then went market with mum then homed and i did hula hoop for 1 hr!!!yay!!
monday: had trng in the morning,played against AMK sec,lost by 4. i played very badly cos i was so nervous.sorry b'div:( then homed with bella and jia and guess what we did? badminton agn.-____-hhahaha then that stupid bella try to make me jealous by saying she gg pilates when she know i cannot go la!!hahaha

yup!! so thats what i did:) went lunch with glor qin jia bella chong wy at j8,walked arnd,then homed. i hope HAIRY is alright! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA pls dont vish me if u see this!!hahhah i will get pissed!hahahahaahhaha

and i was thinking...
" ur confidence level is too low! i need to build up on that"
thinking of that, she doesnt seem to realise why our confidence level is low.aiya shit her la. I DONT WANT TO GO TRNG TML!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
